User Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Operra account data, project data, uploaded media, generated content, scheduling records, or connected platform data, email privacy@operraplanner.com from the email address associated with your Operra account.

Please include the subject line: Operra data deletion request.

If you connected Instagram, you may request deletion of Instagram connection data, including connected account identifiers, username, access credentials stored by Operra, publishing records, and synced metadata associated with the integration.

Disconnecting Instagram inside Operra, when available, stops future publishing access for that integration. A deletion request removes stored integration data from Operra systems subject to retention needed for security, legal, or operational records.

Include your Operra login email, the project name if the request is project-specific, and whether you want to delete only the Instagram integration data or your full Operra account data.

We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request. We may retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
