Operra
Terms of Service
Effective date: April 26, 2026
Overview
These Terms govern use of Operra, a content planning, media analysis, scheduling, and publishing workflow. By using Operra, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for content and accounts you are authorized to manage.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not use Operra to access, manage, or publish to accounts you do not own or have permission to operate.
User content
You retain ownership of media, captions, brand context, and other content you upload or create in Operra. You grant Operra permission to process that content only as needed to provide the service, including analysis, planning, rendering, scheduling, and publishing features.
Publishing and connected platforms
When you connect a third-party platform such as Instagram, you authorize Operra to use that connection for the features you choose, such as displaying connection status, scheduling posts, and publishing approved content. You are responsible for ensuring your content follows the rules of each connected platform.
Acceptable use
You may not use Operra to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, mislead users, abuse connected platforms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Service changes
Operra may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We may also restrict access if needed to protect users, connected platforms, or the service.
No guarantee of platform availability
Connected platform features depend on third-party APIs and permissions. Operra cannot guarantee that Instagram or any other external platform will always accept, publish, or preserve a post.
